top使用或检查 CPU 使用率，htop查看处理器是否正在运行。如果是这样，您需要从这里开始调查。您也可以只查看 CPU 监视器（gnome 有一个）来查看它是否正在运行。
当然，按照该链接中的建议更改您的 xorg 驱动程序等不会有帮助；如果它很容易过热，要么某个进程发疯，要么与软件根本无关。
如果笔记本电脑使用时间超过 1 年，通风口可能会被灰尘堵塞。对于一些（较旧的？）东芝来说，这是一个特殊的问题 - 他们最终会得到看起来像一层地毯的东西绝缘的处理器，显然很快就会过热。我已经将其中不止一台降低到几乎无用的程度（例如，即使闲置时，也会在 15 分钟后关闭），清理通风口，然后机器又像新的一样运行了。
