我在安装软件包时遇到问题。我发现我需要安装更新-tlmgr-最新版.exe并且它会工作但不会。如果我尝试，tlmgr install polski我会得到：

tlmgr itself needs to be updated.
Please do this via either
  tlmgr update --self
or by getting the latest updater for Unix-ish systems:
  https://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.sh
and/or Windows systems:
  https://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet/update-tlmgr-latest.exe
Then continue with other updates as usual.
