我在对 texmf 文件夹进行一些操作以安装新模板后开始遇到此类问题（按照在线指南，包括这）。我所做的就是创建一个文件夹 /Users/usr/Library/texmf，并在 /Users/usr/Library/texmf/tex/latex 中添加了一个用于模板的文件夹按照此。我想这就是我所做的一切，但我肯定搞砸了某件事，而我不知道是什么。

为了撤销所有操作，我尝试重新安装 TexShop 和 TexMaker（将它们移至垃圾箱，清空垃圾箱然后重新安装），以及卸载 MacTex（删除 /usr/local/texlive 中的文件夹和 /Applications 中的 TeX 文件夹然后重新安装）。问题仍然存在。
