允许登录用户使用cupsenabler启用cups打印机

使用 Fedora 20 有时会发生打印机暂停的情况。

恢复的唯一方法是从 root 帐户（或例如提供 root 凭据后的 localhost:631）。

我试图更改 /etc/cups/cupsd.conf 但没有成功。我期望的是，@OWNER在以下部分中应该足够了<Policy authenticated>

  <Limit Pause-Printer Resume-Printer Enable-Printer ...> 
    AuthType Default
    Require user @OWNER @SYSTEM
    Order deny,allow
  </Limit>

但不幸的是它不起作用（之后sysctl restart cups.service）......

即使打开调试后，我也没有在日志或 /var/log/cups/error_log 中看到任何合理的消息
