您可以通过正确的 APC（黑色）串行电缆通过安装它的 UPS 对其进行配置。请不要使用通用的 9 针电缆。您需要使用终端仿真程序（minicom、cKermit、Hyperterminal、screen 等）进行连接。这样做的关键是停止动力伞（或连接到 UPS 的服务器上的任何 UPS 控制软件），将波特率设置为2400代替9600，然后按下接口卡上的重置按钮。您应该能够浏览结果文本菜单以获取 IP 信息并重新配置用户名/密码。

5. Press the Reset button. The Status LED will flash 
alternately orange and green. Press the Reset button a 
second time immediately while the LED is flashing to 
reset the user name and password to their defaults 
temporarily.

6. Press ENTER as many times as necessary to redisplay the 
User Name prompt, then use the default, apc, for the 
user name and password. (If you take longer than 30 
seconds to log on after the User Name prompt is 
redisplayed, you must repeat step 5 and log on again.
