哪个进程正在占用我的硬盘？

今天，我使用 ssh 登录后，发现我的 FreeBSD 服务器存在很大的延迟。

有什么东西吞噬了我的两个硬盘 (带有 gmirror 的 RAID1) 的全部容量。
