为了运行一个程序，它必须在你的$PATH，或者你必须指定完整路径到程序。
指定脚本的完整路径webmail-install，它就会起作用。

抱歉给您带来不便，可能是 horde.org 方面出了点问题。它整天都开着，有时关着，有些东西没有正确下载。运行后pear 安装 -a -B horde/webmail百万次，webmail 安装脚本下载成功。
