用户 A 收到失败通知，提示消息无法传递给用户 A、用户 B、用户 C、用户 d、用户 E 等
唯一的收件人是用户 B，qmail 从哪里获取所有这些失败的地址，为什么它声称邮件失败？
这不会发生在所有用户身上，只是部分用户。删除并重新创建用户并不能停止该行为，重新安装 qmail-psa 并重新创建队列也不能停止它。

这看起来像是垃圾邮件案例：有人假装从您的电子邮件地址发送邮件，因此当目标电子邮件服务器返回错误时，他们会将回复发送给您的用户 A。检查几封此类电子邮件，看看用户 B、C 等是否真的发送了这些邮件（收到错误）。如果他们没有发送，那么我是对的。
