你的参数有误fastcgi_pass,它应该将请求传递给 spawn-fcgi,就像munin 的 wiki 上说不是 php-fpm。

对于 Ubuntu/Debian:

spawn-fcgi -s /var/run/munin/fcgi-graph.sock -U www-data -u www-data -g www-data /usr/lib/munin/cgi/munin-cgi-graph

并且不要忘记修复 nginx 位置并随后重新启动它:
