运行任何 Powershell 脚本时出现 AuthorizationManager 错误（类也无效）

今天，我们的一台 Win Server 2008R2 崩溃了，然后重新启动后，我无法在其上运行任何 Powershell 脚本，我收到错误“AuthorizationManager 检查失败”。当我运行 cmdlet 时Get-ExecutionPolicy，我收到另一个错误：
