但我希望它是一个公共服务器。

我遵循了很多教程，但仍然不起作用（我无法从外部计算机连接服务器）。

我正在使用 java，使用带有com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc库的操作。

当我尝试使用我的 IP 地址连接服务器时，它会引发异常：
