uWSGI 无法通过 Upstart 启动，但可以从控制台正常启动

我正在尝试制作 uWSGI开机运行在 Vagrant 盒子上使用 Upstart。所以我创建了/etc/init/uwsgi.conf以下内容：

description "uwsgi tiny instance"
start on runlevel [2345]
stop on runlevel [06]            
respawn            
exec /usr/local/bin/uwsgi --ini /vagrant/share/uwsgi.ini

start uwsgi如果我从控制台运行，它可以正常启动，但不是在启动时。/var/log/syslog包含以下内容：

这可能是什么问题？
