Synology DS1813+ RAID 5 存在 iSCSI IO 等待性能问题

我在 Synology DS1813+（DSM 版本：DSM 5.0-4493 Update 4）上拥有 RAID 5，带有 8 个 ST4000DM000-1F2168 磁盘，用作 ESXi 的 NAS 和 iSCSI/NFS 目标。

在磁盘读/写速率较低的情况下有更多的 io 等待，请问您有什么想法吗？
