这可能可能是权限问题，可能由 AppArmor 引起。请查看这个答案看看可能的解决方案。我不想窃取答案，因此链接到它。

编辑：问题现在可能出自 php-fpm 配置。请/etc/php5/fpm/pool.d/www.conf使用您喜欢的编辑器打开并取消注释以下几行：

listen.owner = www-data
listen.group = www-data
listen.mode = 0660

并且不要忘记使用以下命令重新启动 php 服务器：

service php5-fpm restart
