IIS I/O 操作错误（状态 500）

我的 Web 服务器运行在 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 上。有 IIS 7.5

我在此服务器上部署了 API。它在所有浏览器中都运行良好，但每次我尝试从移动应用程序调用它时都会收到超时错误。对于 API 调用，我使用 https 并在服务器上安装了有效的证书。
