使用 qmailctl 时出现 Qmail 错误

Here is my /service/directory : 

root@mail:~# ls -l /service/

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 31 Nov 27 09:22 qmail-send ->   /var/qmail/supervise/qmail-send

I have found a few links on Gossamer Threads and LinuxQuestions.
I tried a few things, but to no avail.

I tried the command  svscanboot, but it hangs.
 then I tried kill -HUP 1

 I tried to find the svscan process to kill it to no avail.

我在 DO 上卸载了 debian droplet，然后安装了 Centos 7.2。也许这在将来会帮助到某些人。网上发布了一些关于这个问题的帖子。我放弃了“Qmail 生活”计划，并使用重新安装了 QmailQmail 烤面包机适用于 Centos。耗时约 45 分钟。此程序重新安装了一份脚本的新副本，现在脚本已开始运行。
