通过使用我在计算机上远程运行的 WMIC 卸载以前的版本解决了这个问题：

WMIC product where "name='Your software name here'" call uninstall /nointeractive

然后我像往常一样通过 GPO 部署了 MSI Computer Configuration > Policies > Software Settings > Software installation ，一切顺利。
