Windows 更新：无法全新安装全新 Windows 2012 Essentials 服务器

正在尝试在 Dell CS24-TY 1U 服务器、两个磁盘、Raid1 上安装 Windows 2012 Essentials。

注意：完全干净的安装，对于一家小公司来说，没有现有的域控制器，根本没有其他服务器，原始安装媒体，不可能是一个更简单的设置。

根本无法安装 Windows 2012 服务器，如果我允许它在安装时尝试更新 - 它只会在“更新和准备您的服务器”处挂起 0%。我尝试通过 Dell Drac 远程安装的媒体、本地 USB 密钥和本地 USB 连接的 DVD 驱动器进行安装。

如果我将服务器设置为不处理更新即可安装，它将安装，但如果我随后尝试运行 Windows 更新，它就会再次永远挂起。我尝试停止 wuauserv 服务，并删除 Software Distrubtion 文件夹等，但似乎没有任何效果。

我也尝试过删除 RAID 并仅安装到单个磁盘：结果相同。

我发现的几乎所有关于“Windows 更新不工作”的参考都是基于因某种原因损坏等的现有机器 - 而不是基于全新安装的 Windows Server。

有人能指点我该如何解决这个问题吗？
