/30 子网上的 dhcpd 始终抱怨租约不可用

我在使用 dhcpd 时遇到了麻烦。

对于具有大量 255.255.255.252 子网的大型 WAN，我们使用 DHCP 将单个 IP 推送到所有这些站点。

每个子网的定义如下

subnet 10.91.17.0 netmask 255.255.255.252 {
            option routers 10.91.17.1;
            option subnet-mask 255.255.255.252;
    pool {
            allow members of "Devices";
            range 10.91.17.2 10.91.17.2;
    }
}

一切正常，但是系统日志中充满了下面的消息。另请参阅 tcpdump。

客户端在网站上永远不会改变，所以每次请求时它都应该获得相同的地址。

你知道为什么我一直收到这些消息吗？
