我已经创建了一个配置为“分配”的 GPO \\<AD DNS domain name>\NETLOGON\<file name>.msi，并验证它适用于 Windows 10 v1809 PC，但实际安装始终失败。

我有：

  1. 发现该错误%%14似乎没有在线记录，因此我发布此错误的主要原因。
  2. 已验证组策略已按照这些场景的建议进行配置（Specify startup policy processing wait time设置为 60 秒并Always wait for the network at computer startup and logon设置为启用）。
  3. 已验证 PC 和 DC 之间的连接为 1 Gbps
  4. 发现从 PC 上的 NETLOGON 手动运行 MSI 可以正常工作。

我有：

  1. 发现此 GPO 已成功应用于另外 2 台 Windows 10 v1809 PC。
  2. 尝试将 7-Zip 的 MSI 部署到受影响的 PC，但因同样的错误而失败。
  3. 发现一些事件表明 DNS 初始化缓慢，因此暂时删除了 Webroot SecureAnywhere 的 DNS 保护代理，但发现这样做并没有什么区别。
