正确的 CA 证书应该已经包含在您的软件包中，因此很可能有人弄乱了它。运行sudo dpkg-reconfigure ca-certificates并确保mozilla/DST_Root_CA_X3.crt已选中。除非您有非常充分的理由不这样做，否则应该选择每个证书。如果该证书未出现在列表中，则重新安装软件包：sudo apt install --reinstall ca-certificates
