Ldap 客户端无法连接本地服务器

我正在尝试设置 openldap 服务器，但无法连接客户端。我已正确配置 dnsmasq

客户端配置 /etc/ldap/ldap.conf

BASE    dc=openldap,dc=lan
URI     ldap://172.31.xx.xxx

/etc/hosts

127.0.0.1 localhost openldap.lan
127.0.1.1  openldap.lan
172.31.xx.xxx   public.openldap.lan

但 ldapsearch -x 返回结果：32 没有这样的对象。我已经检查了所有答案https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38430385/result-32-no-such-object 但都没有起作用。
