在 mailx 上我使用 SMTP，因此发件人地址必须符合条件。我收到错误，指出发件人地址是 root，而不是[电子邮件保护]

为了改变这一点，我需要在 /etc/passwd 文件中为 root 用户设置第 5 个参数。

难道没有其他干扰较小的选择吗？

在 Debian 上，我发现使用包mailx中的命令mailutils会生成错误的“发件人”域地址 - 它使用“-f”参数调用 sendmail，仅指定主机名而没有任何域。

当您安装软件包时，它会提供其自己的/二进制bsd-mailx版本（应自动设置为默认替代方案）。这会在内部调用“sendmail”，无需“-f”参数，并且（当邮件服务器配置正确时）使用正确的完整主机名 + 域。mailmailx
