所以我住在中国，在路由器上使用 shadowsocksR 来绕过防火墙。今天，当我尝试使用 VScode 中的 powershell 更新 flutter 时，powershell 给出了错误

“严重：无法访问”https://github.com/flutter/flutter.git/'：无法连接到 127.0.0.1 端口 1080：连接被拒绝”。

似乎有什么东西让 github 解析为 localhost。后来我使用终端和 powershell ping google 发现他们无法访问任何被 Great Firewall 禁止的网站。所以看起来我的路由器上的代理不起作用了。但代理在 IE、Chrome 和连接到我的路由器的任何其他设备上都有效。两周前 powershell 和 github 运行良好。现在我感到非常绝望，提前感谢！
