我在 Azure 上运行一个网站，我有自己的 VM，其中安装了 Windows 2019、MSSQL 服务器和 IIS。
这是大约 3 个月内第二次发生以下情况。该网站已经上线几个月了，然后突然出现以下情况：
前端（网站）出现错误
Server error in application: No process is on the other end of the pipe -SQL Exception: A connection was successfully established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login handshake.
当我尝试通过 RDP 登录服务器时，出现协议错误：0x112f
我唯一能做的就是从 Azure 门户重新启动。再次登录后，我检查了日志，发现有大量以下错误：
ERROR: Source MSSQLSERVER: Error: 17300, Severity: 16, State: 1. (Params:). The error is printed in terse mode because there was error during formatting. Tracing, ETW, notifications etc are skipped.
所有这些因素让我怀疑我的 SQL 内存不足，或者突然占用了所有内存，导致无法建立任何新连接。但遗憾的是，我目前找不到任何解决方案。
