面临需要将几个小型 Postgres 实例合并为一个更大的实例的情况

当发生替换时，无法弄清楚如何将“旧”数据库的新数据复制到“新”数据库

我会尝试简单化它：

old db instance name is X
new db instance is Y

X has 10 GB of data and its takes 15~ minutes to dump & restore
in the meanwhile X receives more data (1-2 MB)

** HOW do i make X replicate data to Y so this data wont get lost ? **
