我找到了问题所在。这是因为一个程序的行为像代理一样，而且愚蠢的事实是 Ubuntu 无法正确显示代理设置 :)。

我使用的是 webscabar（渗透测试工具之一）。对于该程序，我设置了代理设置以捕获服务器和浏览器之间的请求和响应数据包标头。卸载程序后，设置仍然保留。我只是从网络设置将所有设置设置为系统默认设置。
