我正在尝试通过“更新管理器”进行升级。单击“升级”后，出现“分发升级”对话框并开始“准备升级”，此时我收到一条消息：

我点击“关闭”，然后“分发升级”转到“设置新软件频道”。此时我得到：

从 10.04 升级到 12.04 需要经过 10.10、11.04、11.10 等，这比较复杂，因为许多版本早已停产且不再受支持。我还没搞清楚该怎么做。

但是，你可以从 LTS 升级到 LTS，从 10.04 直接升级到 12.04，跳过中间的 EOL 版本。不过，你必须将更新管理器设置为仅查找长期支持版本。
