编辑：对我有用--尝试使用 ftp -p，它将以被动（PASV）模式启动客户端。

我认为这与端口被阻止有关。我认为默认端口是 9000 - 9020。centos 上也有类似问题建议更改防火墙规则。

我还没有找出端口被阻塞的问题所在，但希望这能为您指明正确的方向。
