打开终端并/etc/default/speech-dispatcher使用 nano（或任何文本编辑器）编辑文件，如下所示：
sudo nano /etc/default/speech-dispatcher
在文件内部将RUN属性更改为yes，因此文件将变成：
# Defaults for the speech-dispatcher initscript, from speech-dispatcher
# Set to yes to start system wide Speech Dispatcher
RUN=yes
按ctr+O保存并按ctr+X退出 nano

您不能在 Windows 8 中安装 Ubuntu。Windows 8 中的一些变化使得这样做非常不安全。如果您想双启动 Ubuntu 和 Win8，您必须执行真正的安装。
