PowerTOP：什么是“系统基线功率”？

什么System baseline power意思？那么大，难道不正常吗？

听起来这似乎是系统所需的最小功率。也就是说，如果你要禁用蓝牙和 wifi 等不必要的硬件并调低屏幕亮度，就会使用这个功率。而且 23.2W 并不算多。
