我还只是 Ubuntu 新手，我目前的设置有问题。我目前运行的是 Ubuntu 12.04 lts，32 位，双启动系统，Windows XP 64 位，2.9 GiB，Intel Core 2，GeForce 9600，577.8 GB。我的系统经常（每天至少 2-3 次）崩溃并重新启动。当它崩溃时，鼠标和键盘无法使用，如果正在播放音频，它会跳过大约 30 秒，直到计算机重新启动。我已经研究崩溃问题一段时间了，但收效甚微。

无论如何，此时我更愿意升级到 14.04.1 lts 看看是否有帮助。更新管理器没有通知我任何新的 lts 版本，所以我尝试通过终端进行升级。但是当我运行：
