为什么“apt-get autoremove”会删除程序仍在使用的软件包？

我主要通过 apt-get 安装软件。apt-get 有时会告诉我使用 autoremove 安装“未使用的软件包”。但它会删除 ubuntu 浏览器、weppapps 和 unity-tweak 工具使用的 webapps-common 等软件包。那么 apt-get 为什么要我删除它呢？
