失败：尝试在 OS X 磁盘实用程序中格式化。失败：尝试在 Windows 10 中格式化。失败：尝试更改为 MBR

总是返回输入/输出错误的错误。

因此，最终有效的方法是：1. 下载 Ubuntu ISO 2. 执行启动盘创建器并将 ISO 加载到有问题的硬盘中 3. 从新的可启动硬盘启动。
