无法使用 forticlient ssl VPN 访问远程网络

我正在使用 forticlient 连接到 VPN，forticlient 连接工作正常，但无法 ping 或访问任何远程主机。

这是 forticlient CLI 输出：

通过跟踪路线：

使用 forticleint GUI 得到相同的结果。使用 Windows 运行完全正常。请帮助我。谢谢
