总结由于某种原因，每当我第一次登录 Windows 时，之后就无法连接 wicd。

正如标题所说，在我第一次登录 Windows 8.1 后，wicd 卡在获取 IP 地址上。

基本上，我在 Ubuntu 16.04 上安装了 Windows 8.1（首先安装了 Ubuntu）。每当我打开 PC 并首先登录 Windows 时，在重新启动 PC 并登录 Ubuntu 后，wicd 总是停留在获取 IP 地址上。我现在解决这个问题的方法是关闭 PC 并首先登录 Ubuntu。

但是，如果我先登录 Ubuntu，wicd 连接没有任何问题。然后我可以重新启动并登录 Windows，这样我就可以使用互联网了（有线和 wifi）。之后重新启动并重新登录 Ubuntu 也不会出现任何问题。

我尝试过的事情：

  1. 重新安装 wicd
  2. 卸载网络管理器
  3. iwconfig 启动/关闭
  4. sudo service network-manager restart （当我有它时）
  5. 重新安装 wifi 驱动程序

我有局域网和无线网络（TP-Link TL-WN725N 驱动程序=r8188eu）
