星巴克 WiFi 存在奇怪问题

这不是强制门户的问题。我已经尝试了很多次了。当我在星巴克 wifi 上建立连接并且没有在启动页面上单击“接受”时,浏览器页面不会出现;我甚至无法建立初始连接,甚至没有希望导航到启动页面。我尝试 ping google.com,终端显示它是一个未知主机。

我尝试重启网络管理器至少 20 次。我已将 IP 添加到 /etc/resolv.conf。我已将我的 MAC 地址更改为手机的 MAC 地址。但没有任何效果。请帮忙。
