我遇到了完全相同的现象（成功连接，但窗口变黑，不到一秒钟就关闭了）。我通过更改质量设置连接最好（最慢）. 通过此更改，我能够成功连接到远程机器。
差异似乎在于所使用的编码。经过此更改后，日志中之前显示“使用紧密编码”，现在显示“使用十六进制编码”。
为了进行比较，我的服务器运行的是 Ubuntu 16.04、x11vnc 0.9.13，并使用与问题中相同的命令，以 root 身份运行。在客户端，我运行的是 Ubuntu 18.04 和 Remmina 1.2.0-rcgit-29。
