DNS 服务器无法更改 UVERSE ATT ISP_尝试使用 Beaver 和 Disco

问题：被迫通过 AT&T DNS。尝试了许多解决方法，但无法使用首选 DNS，例如 openDNS、Google、Commodo 等。

我有 UVERSE ATT 互联网提供商。您可以在 Ubuntu 或 Windows 上使用静态 DNS，适配器设置将显示它看起来不错，例如：

local machine DHCP: 172.16.1.105
              SM:   255.255.0.0
              GW:   172.16.0.150
              DNS1: 1.1.1.1
              DNS2: 1.0.0.1
         IP 6 DNS:2606:4700:4700::1111
              DNS:2606:4700:4700::1001

从 Windows 或 Ubuntu 跟踪路由，前两跳是 AT&T。

Windows，适配器：DHCP IP 地址和静态 DNS 设置。

Tracert out-does not 去 Clouflare-1.1.1.1 进行解析。

我绕过他们的 DNS 的唯一方法是使用双核 VPN，并在 VPN 下运行 tor。

我已经尝试过 16.04 中的 resolv.conf 和 19.04 中的 NetworkPlan-->yaml，但也没有成功。
