松下扫描仪无法在 Ubuntu 19.04 上运行

我有一台 Panasonic KX-MB 1500 多功能激光打印机/扫描仪。在 Ubuntu 16.04 之前，它运行正常。从那时起（包括 19.04），只有打印机可以工作，扫描仪则无法工作。

安装扫描仪驱动程序后，任何前端都看不到扫描仪。这是 lsusb 和 sane-find-scanner 的输出。以 sudo 身份运行 sane-find-scanner 或 scanImage -L 没有任何区别。
