我禁用quiet splash并观察了屏幕。一切看起来都正常，Reached target Power-off但电源保持开启，风扇速度降低。
几分钟后，又有一条消息：

此消息每隔几分钟就会无限重复。

检查新主板上的 BIOS。输入terminal，sudo dmidecode -s bios-version然后转到制造商的网站并查找较新的 BIOS。
最新的 BIOS 是 F13，日期为 2019 年 6 月 27 日。请参阅https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/B360M-D3H-rev-10/support#support-dl-bios以获取更新。
去http://www.memtest.org或者https://www.memtest86.com/（使用第二个链接获取最新的免费版本），然后下载/运行 memtest 来测试您的内存。至少完成一次所有测试以确认内存良好。

如上所述，我在发帖前检查了是否安装了最新的 BIOS。就在那天，但显然在我查看之后，技嘉发布了一个更新来修复英特尔的安全问题。
我现在已经更新了 BIOS，问题已经解决。所以，要么是我的旧 BIOS 以某种方式损坏了，要么是技嘉在新版本中修复了这个问题。

我有同样的问题，当我关闭我的 Ubuntu 19.10 时，Ubuntu 停止了，但电脑仍在工作。
我已清除 BIOS 设置，然后从 F13 更新到最新版本至 F14。我的主板是 Gigabyte H310 D3 rev 1.0。CPU Intel 9400F。
问题已解决。
