我先跑了sudo apt-get update。然后sudo apt-get upgrade。

然后每次运行时sudo apt-get install build-essential我都会收到大约 25 个类似于下面的 404 错误。我是不是漏掉了什么步骤？

固定的！

我卸载了从 Microsoft Store 购买的 Ubuntu 18.04。然后安装了没有版本的通用 Ubuntu。其他一切都一样，没有任何问题。
