wifi连接失败

我的电脑上有 ubuntu 和 windows，一切运行良好。但是昨天我在 ubuntu 上工作时，wifi 断开了，它（和任何其他 wifi 连接）都无法再连接。而在 windows 上我可以轻松连接到它。现在当我运行 ubuntu 时，它会尝试自动连接 wifi，但每次都无法连接，并显示“连接失败”并再次尝试...有人能告诉我该怎么办吗？请记住，我无法使用互联网安装任何软件包。
