Ubuntu 19.04 蓝牙无法正常工作。“未设置”按钮始终处于禁用状态

几天以来，我遇到了蓝牙不再工作的问题。蓝牙设置对话框向我显示以下内容。

未设置已禁用

设备图像一直在旋转，我无法按任何东西。这是 2 周前全新安装的 ubuntu 19.04。使用 18.10 时，它没有任何问题。
