无法在 18.04 上启用蓝牙

第一次使用 Linux，刚刚在旧的 Satellite L510（型号 PSLF2A 01U00R）上安装了 Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS。在设置中，我无法将蓝牙滑块打开。“未找到蓝牙，请插入适配器以使用蓝牙”。无线鼠标可以与适配器一起使用，但无法识别无线 Logitech K380 键盘（不附带适配器）。这台笔记本电脑的规格指定蓝牙 2.1 任何帮助都值得感激。谢谢
