Grub - 无法访问 Windows 10 分区

我曾经可以选择启动 Ubuntu（默认）或使用箭头键向下选择 Windows 10。在某个阶段，Windows 10 选项消失了 - 但 Ubuntu 继续正常运行。

我想恢复我的 Windows 10 分区并使用它。
