如何修复 Ubuntu 启动前弹出的这两个错误？

以上是我收到的信息前启动时按任意键后操作系统都没有启动，而是把我送到 Grub 菜单，在那里我无法选择任何东西，因为它会不断询问我的用户名和密码，即使输入后它还是会回到 Grub 菜单。我甚至不能打开最小的 bash 也不能编辑。

我认为这是发生在 Lynis 审计要求我为某些我现在记得的东西添加密码以增加安全性之后，但我忘记在设置该密码后更新 grub。

注意：我所能访问的只是我的 BIO。

Insert or connect the Ubuntu live media (DVD or USB)
Reboot the computer from live media and choose Try Ubuntu                                  Connect to the internet, then open a terminal with Ctrl+Alt+t, paste the following   commands and run them by pressing Enter:

sudo add-apt-repository -y ppa:yannubuntu/boot-repair
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -y boot-repair && boot-repair

The Boot-Repair window will appear 
Press Recommanded repair
