Ubuntu 20.04.3 服务器-只能打开一个终端

大约两周前更新后，我只能访问一个终端。Ctrl-Alt-F（选择一个数字）我无法启动另一个终端。有人遇到过这个问题吗？我已经用 Google 搜索过，但无法找到解决方案。这是在服务器控制台上。
