我有同样的问题，但仅限于 VPN 连接（IP 163.XXX.XXX.XXX）。没有 VPN（IP 77.XXX.XXX.XXX）也可以。可能是 launchpad.net 防火墙（或流量过滤器，或类似的东西）出了问题。
