Ubuntu 服务器上的风扇声音很大

这可能是硬件问题,但我想知道我是否可以做些什么。所以,我在我睡觉和生活的房间里有一台电脑作为 plex/文件服务器运行,所以这很烦人。

我不介意失去表现因为温度较高,如果服务器会更安静。(我的意思是只要因为我可以流式传输我的视频或访问我的文件我不太关心。
